Fees paid for consultation, documentation, site visits, property evaluation, legal assistance, or other professional services are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed.
If a customer chooses to cancel a booking or service request, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges, processing fees, taxes, and any expenses already incurred by Om Dream Homes.
In the event that Om Dream Homes is unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to the company, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances of the transaction.
